Job Description :
Chartered Accountant / ACS with minimum 6-8 years experience. Should have considerable experience in all accounting activities, over all financial Dlans and accountina practices of an oraanisation.
COMPANY SECRETARY
Job Description :
ACS with 4 -5 years of experience in maintaining statutory records under companies act 1956, filling of forms and registers as per the statutory procedures, experience in Drafting minutes of board meeting, replies to Governmental Organisations, letters, liasioning with lawyers, registrar of companies, consultants and other external agencies will be preferred.
